By making a reservation, you confirm that you have read, understand and agree this reservation terms,In addition you confirm that you have the legal ability and authority required to accept this general reservation terms in your own name or representing your companions. Therefore, you will be responsible for make the opportune payments, you must notify us any modification or cancellation of your reservation and inform the other travellers.
In case of not understanding any of the conditions explained in the document, you should contact with our customer service, before signing the present contract, in order to inform you properly.

By filling the application form you are making a purchase offer by website. All the information at the application form will be sent to the provider to validate and confirm the service. Therefore it is very important that you check that the names, dates, timetable or any other information are correct.
Otherwise, you should contact us immediately for modification.
We won't handle service requests that haven't been paid previously.
Once the payment of the service has been made, we will send you a receipt at the same email address. The receipt is not the confirmation of your reservation, this only proves the payment of the service. The reservation receipt will be sent by email, this document will prove formally the binding contract between you and the company.
Special services
Regarding special services:
We offer you the posibility of requesting additional services such as baby carriage, additional or special luggage –bulky luggage like sports equipment for example – booster seats for children.
The client must inform about the needs previously mention or other ones, and once this needs been paid, the company guarantees their availability.
Otherwise, the price for this extra service will be refund completely to the client.
In case of changes or modifications of the reservation, this changes must be communicated to the company in order to make arrangements as soon as possible. This changes will not be effective without the required email to confirm them. In order to make any change or modification it is necessary to notify us at least 12 hours before the pick up time.
If you request for any modification that imply a change in price (vehicle size, new destination, extra services, etc.) the difference between the paid price and the new price will be notified to you by email with a link in it so you can pay the difference. The modification will be effective when the client pay this difference.
In the same way, if the modification imply a reduction in initial price, the difference will be refund you if the modification was notify us at least 12 hours before the expected pick up time.
If the client gives us the flight or train locator, the company can monitor your arrival so we can anticipate possible changes in your arrival time. In this case, the driver will wait for the client at most 60 minutes from the flight/train expected arrival time, assuming that you notify us previously if you consider that this waiting time will be exceeded.
If the driver has to wait more than the expected time this will imply an increase of 15€/hour in price that the client must pay.
If this waiting time passes and the client don't arrive at the expected pick up point, the service will be cancelled and the client will miss the right to refund.
Payment methods
The payment methods are: by PayPal, credit/debit card or Stripe.
Paypal is an oline platform that allows you paying on the internet.
You only have to fill the numbers of your credit/debit card once and then you can pay with your email and the PayPal account password.
On the other hand, the card payment method will be made in real time. The accepted cards are: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express.
This payment methods are secure payment methods, that guarantees the safety of bank account and personal information of clients.
Cancellations and refunds
Any request of cancellation must be notify by email at least 12 hours before the expected pick up time.
Fulfilling this requirement, the company commits to make the refund of the complete price of the reservation.
Otherwise, cancellations made with a time margin of less than 12 hours of the expected pick up time, will not be subject to refund.
On the other hand, the client will be refund if the pick up is not carried out because of reasons that depend on the driver or on the company. The deadline for the refund will be 30 days and it will be made by the same payment method used by the client.
If the pick up is not carried out by reasons outside the company – such as the client is not found and he/she did't contact the company or the driver - there will be no right to refund.
Transportation service
It is the client's responsibility checking that the information filled in the application form is correct (personal information and information related to pick up point and drop off point) at the time of making the reservation. The driver will take this information into account for the client pick up and he/she will drive you to the drop off point – nearest as possible of your accommodation – according to the vehicle characteristics and to the accesibility of the requested place.
The passengers pick up will be carried out allways in the place, date, time that were specified in the reservation. The maximum waiting time of the driver will be 30 minutes – except at the airport, harbour or train station where the maximum time will be 1 hour. If the client is not at the pick up point at the expeted time he/she will miss the right to refund or modification of the service.
When making the service request, the client must indicate if he/she is traveling with minors because the regulations about this can vary depending on the country.
If you notify us that you are traveling with children, they must travel with the security measures required inside the vehicle. The Directive 2003/20/CE of de EU regulate the obligatory security sistems for children. The Directive regarding to taxis and private passengers transportation says:
- When children under 3 years travel in a taxi or an authorised vehicle they can travel without child-restraint system, they can travel on the back seats on the knees of an adult if there is not children seats available.
- Children older than 3 years must use adults safety belt if there is not children seats available.
In both cases children allways are considered as passengers and occupants of the vehicle.
The type of vehicle in which the transfer will be made is not guaranteed. Transfers in Barcelona can freely change the vehicle without any request about it. Sometimes the vehicle will be change in order to provide the service properly.
All vehicles are official vehicles from the public taxi service of the city of Barcelona and they are provided with the licenses and insurances required by the regulations and the law of the city of Barcelona.

Once the payment was made, the booking is confirmed.

Once the payment was made, you will receive an email with the payment confirmation and the booking information.
