What does happen in case of delay or cancellation of my flight?
The driver waits for the client up to 1 hour after the expected time of the pick-up, and you will need to pay 15€ more on the initial amount.

What are the payment methods?
The possible forms of payment are by PayPal or payment by credit and/or debit card: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express.
Is there any additional charge for paying by credit card?
No, the amount to pay will only be the cost of the service, without additional charge for payment by card.
Can I cancel a contracted service?
Yes, notifying by email with a minimum of 12 hours prior to collection of the customer
Can children travel?

Once the payment was made, the booking is confirmed.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Any request of cancellation must be notify by email at least 12 hours before the expected pick up time.
If the pick up is not carried out by reasons outside the company, there will be no right to refund.
